Cosmic Play in Your Kitchen

Everything you see, out to the edges of the known universe, is part of one creative event that longs to express itself through you.  How do we discover the harmony of living in attunement with the larger world? How do we learn to hear the subtle ways the universe seeks to speak to and through us?

Food is an expression of the aliveness of the world. Opening to what food is and bringing conscious awareness to your relationship with food can be a profound doorway into a more intimate engagement with both yourself and your interdependence with the whole of life.

In this day-long workshop, you’ll:

n      Open to a deeper sense of wonder and gratitude for life.

n      Celebrate the gift of being alive and incarnate – of “being a body”.

n      Discover a new level of joy, freedom and creativity in the kitchen.

n      Explore new ideas about what food is and about your own relationship with it.

n      Look at the impact your food choices have on the larger world.

n      Create practices to keep yourself connected to your own inner wisdom.
